Paying & registering
Your first class is free — just show up. When you’re ready to join, talk with your instructor after class about registration.
Payment is requested by the 10th of each month. If you need to make arrangements, just let us know before the 10th.

What to bring to your first class

Pick a class
Tuesday or Thursday at 6:30 pm, or Saturday at 9:00 am. All ages train together.

Show up comfy
Wear workout clothes, bring water. Check in at the Link front desk. We train barefoot.
