Adult program
Adult Taekwondo
Get fit, shake off stress and learn to protect yourself — in a workout that never gets boring. No experience required.

The gym membership you’ll actually use
Most workouts ask you to count reps. Taekwondo asks you to master a skill — and that changes everything. You’ll stretch, kick, strike and move for an hour, and you’ll be so focused on your technique that you forget you’re exercising.
Along the way you’ll learn practical self-defense: awareness, avoidance, escapes, and how to respond decisively if you ever have to.
And because our classes welcome every age, it’s a great way to train with your kids — or to finally do something just for you.
What adults gain

- A supportive community
What adults train
Conditioning
Warm-ups, stretching and drills that build strength, stamina and mobility.
Technique
Kicks, blocks, strikes and stances — the building blocks of everything else.
Self-defense
Releases, one-step sparring and situational drills you can actually use.
Forms
Moving meditation: patterns that challenge memory, balance and power.
I believe that Tae Kwon Do is not a practice in violence, but a way to discipline the mind and body so that we can control violence, and not let it control us.
