Teen program
Teen Taekwondo (ages 13–17)
A workout with a purpose, skills that actually work, and a crew of people who have your back.

Confidence you earn
The teenage years are full of pressure. Taekwondo is a place to burn off stress, get strong, and build the kind of confidence that comes from doing something hard — and getting better at it.
Teens learn real self-defense, practice controlled sparring, and work toward black belt — a goal that takes years of dedication and looks great on a college application.
As they advance, teens get chances to help lead warm-ups and coach younger students. Leadership isn’t a lecture here; it’s something they practice.
What teens gain
- Discipline & goal setting
- Real self-defense skills
- Fitness, speed & flexibility
- Stress relief
- Leadership & mentoring
- Respect — given and earned
What teens train
Sparring
Controlled, supervised free-sparring with protective gear as students progress.
Self-defense
Escapes, releases and situational awareness that work in the real world.
Forms & weapons
Traditional forms build focus; from green belt up, students can learn weapons forms.
Board breaking
The moment you break your first board is the moment you realize what you can do.
Tae Kwon Do changed my life. Before I went to Tae Kwon Do I used to not be self-aware and it made me feel weak. Once I started to go I became more respectful of others and more confident about what I was doing.
